Hi UXtweakers!
In the past months, we’ve been busy making UX research smoother, smarter, and more enjoyable. This recap highlights all the new features and improvements we’ve rolled out during this time–from major updates that expand what’s possible in UXtweak studies to smaller enhancements that make your workflow faster and more intuitive.
Here’s a quick look at what we’ve accomplished and how these updates can help you run better research.
Integrations with cloud storage services
You can export your UX research data directly from UXtweak to your favorite analysis and storage tools–no manual downloads needed. You may easily connect UXtweak with Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive to save recordings, notes, and reports in your cloud storage, keeping your research securely organized and easy to share across your team.

Own Database improvements
We’re not only focusing on big feature releases, but also continuously improving all the parts of our platform that make everyday research smoother. For example, our Own Database tool has received several upgrades–including major improvements to the participant subscription flow, giving researchers greater flexibility and control over the whole process.

Automatic Live Interviews Transcripts
We’ve also enhanced the transcripts feature in our live interview recordings. Every recording now comes with an automatically generated transcript (for customers who purchased the Media Package), saving time on manual note-taking. On top of that, we’ve added a full-featured transcript editor that lets you review, refine, and customize the text however you need–making qualitative analysis faster and more accurate.

User Panel recruitment service improvements
We’re also constantly improving the User Panel behind the scenes to help you reach the best participants from around the world. The UXtweak User Panel keeps expanding with new countries, targeting options, and filtering capabilities. A notable new feature is the ability to include multiple countries within a single User Panel–making it straightforward to obtain a mix of participants from several countries of choice.

Figma plugin
We’ve made importing prototypes from Figma easier than ever with the addition of our new Figma plugin. The plugin is especially useful for complex projects. It lets you import specific flows you want to test instead of the entire Figma page, supports external components and sections, and handles structured designs more reliably. Plus, it works without needing to log in to Figma through UXtweak, making the setup faster, more secure and seamless.

Plan & Team management improvements
Last but not least, we’re dedicated to continually improving the look and feel of our products. The latest updates include a complete redesign of the Manage Plan and Upgrade Plan pages, making it easier to track your plan’s quota usages, upgrade your plan and administer your team member’s licenses.
We’ve also completely revamped the Team Management section in UXtweak, giving it a fresh visual upgrade and a more intuitive layout. The new design improves usability and overall smoothness, making it easier to navigate and manage teams, team members and their roles. These changes aim to make collaboration within larger organizations feel more seamless and enjoyable.
