Surveys are a quintessential research method, helping you better understand your users–their needs, opinions, and motivations. Knowing how important they are, we took the time to make our survey experience significantly better: smarter, faster, and more intuitive than before.
Brand new Survey setup
You asked, we listened. The new Survey setup brings a completely refreshed interface built upon feedback from our users. The entire setup experience feels cleaner, faster, and thoughtfully designed to fit the way researchers are used to work. You can now group questions into sections, allowing for better structure in longer questionnaires and easier organization of related topics.
Smarter participant screening
Finding the right participants for your study just got a lot more powerful. UXtweak now supports multiple screening questions, giving you finer control over who qualifies to your study. You can also use the improved checkbox questions that allow participants to select multiple answers, and set up complex logic conditions for who passes or fails the screening. The enhanced screening is currently available for the Survey tool and all moderated studies, with plans to expand support to more tools soon.
New Question Bank
If you frequently reuse survey questions or entire sections across studies, this one’s for you. The new Question Bank lets you save and reuse your own questions and sections with ease. Similar to the enhanced screening, the Question Bank is currently available for Survey studies and moderated studies, with plans to expand support to our other tools in the future.
This release is all about helping researchers spend less time on setup and more time doing actual research. From the improved survey builder to advanced screening and reusable question templates, these updates make UX research at scale more efficient and enjoyable.
