Hey UXtweakers,

We’re excited to announce a new feature for our moderated studies (Live Interviews and Study Interviews) to help you turn raw study data into stakeholder-ready reports without the juggling act of Zoom recordings, Excel sheets, and Notion docs.

Meet Insights editora collaborative workspace where research findings, evidence, and team collaboration come together in one shared document right in UXtweak. 🐝

Research in one place

Research shouldn’t live in isolation. When your findings are separated from your evidence, your story loses its punch.

Insights Editor acts as your single source of truth, connecting your final conclusions directly to the data that proves them.

The Insight editor brings insights, participant evidence, and team collaboration into a single, structured document

What you can do with Insights

👉 Stakeholder-ready formatting – use a rich text editor to create headings, lists, tables and organize your insights in a way that makes sense for your stakeholders

👉 Embed evidence directly from your studies with UXtweak-native research blocks. Pull in clips, quotes, metrics, or data points right alongside your narrative. No more context-switching or copy-pasting between other tools

👉 Annotate recordings and add commentary directly within the editor. Collect evidence from UXtweak studies and build your analysis in one place

👉 Collaborate in real-time with your team. See who’s working in the document with live presence indicators, and multiple team members can contribute simultaneously

👉 Everything syncs automatically as you work, so you never lose progress

👉 Export PDF reports – generate polished PDF reports to share across your organization in seconds.

💡 Pro Tip

Each moderated study can host multiple “Insights.” Use this to create reports for different audiences, such as a high-level summary for Executives and a deep-dive technical report for Engineering. This allows you to explore different angles or themes.

What’s next

Insights Editor is the first major component of our upcoming repository system – a flexible space where insights, findings, and research artifacts can live beyond a single study and be reused across your ongoing UX processes.

We will continue expanding it with new block types, sharing and exporting options and research tools to make your synthesis process even more powerful.

👉 Try Insights editor

Insights Editor is available now for all UXtweak users with moderated studies. Just head to any completed moderated study and click the “Insights” tab to start building.

We can’t wait to see how you use Insights Editor to elevate your research storytelling. Let us know what you think! 🔧🐝
