π βPlaybook is an all in one UX research platform that allows you to (1) recruit participants using specific demographic and personalized screeners (2) conduct moderated and unmoderated studies (3) run card sort and tree tests. Not a lot of UX platforms allow access to all of these functionalities and it’s quite useful as an all-in-one tool..β

- Technical Issues: Users have faced non-working prototype links and communication difficulties.
- Platform Bugs: Many bugs reported, causing frustration and extra time troubleshooting.
Reviews: What do you dislike about PlaybookUX?
π βPlaybookUX could consider creating in-tool charts for post-study analysis, like customer sentiment analysis.β

π βIt’s been an extremely frustrating experience using Playbook as they have a LOT of bugs and it’s felt like we are both the client and QA team for this platform.
Although customer support gets back to you fairly quickly, the number of back and forths I’ve had to have regarding issues on projects was too much.
The integrity of the recruitment panel has also come into question as we’ve been running into an unusually high number of fake profiles, even for moderated interviews.
Also, for a UX platform, it doesn’t seem like they really considered the user experience much, and it’s a very frictional website to use.β

Reviews: What do you like best about UXtweak?
π βI love how easy and quick it is to set up the tests. To import the prototype from Figma you just need a link. It imports all your transitions directly from Figma or you can choose to connect the screens manually during setup. The analytics are great, you can easily filter out specific respondent groups, based on different criteria, and analyze results for each of them. I like that you can get a great amount of qual and quant insights without having to spend hours on the manual analysis.β

π βWe used UXtweak to test usability of our mobile appβs interface and it helped greatly. We were able to recruit a rather niche audience of participants directly in the app, which honestly saved a lot of time. The study had great analytics for each task of our test. There are also recordings for each session that you can come back to for further analysis.β

π βTheir card sorting feature. Itβs a great tool that offers an incredible amount of analytics and features for such a price.β

Reviews: What do you dislike about UXtweak?
π βThe UI of the study setup could use a face lift, itβs quite outdated.β
β David, Source: G2
π βThere is currently nothing we dislike about UXtweak, as we always get enough insights about our products that we can implement into the practice straight away.β
β Matej K., Source: G2
π βSometimes it takes time to import Figma prototypes. I guess because of API. Also, the interface of UXtweak should be a little bit more designed. Their site is very modern, but the application can also be redesigned. But it is functional and easy to use.β
